Why I Write
My first year of graduate school is coming to a close. In several classes, I was asked a seemly innocent and easy question — why do you write?

Hello all!
I hope the month of November is treating you well. We are now 10 days into NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month), and I am over 16,000 words into the complete overhaul of Heart Work. It’s stressful, exciting, and time consuming because you are committing yourself to 1,667 words per day. Some days it’s easier than others to write and hit that goal.

Hello everyone!
A few weeks ago, my son and I were having a Mom and Me day when our Mini Cooper started having troubles. Long story short, it was the ignition coils. I ordered the parts, had to wait for them to come in, and then my son and I installed them. I started the car and everything has been working well.

I am working on a social media schedule for both myself and my nonprofit, Midnight Waters. I will also be adding Parler and Rumble to my list of social media platforms, but I have not had a moment to set them up.

Hello everyone!
My summer classes end next week, and I have been finishing every assignment I can ahead of the last day of classes – next Friday. My hope is to complete all the assignments, and then only have to respond to the discussions. This would free up more of my time to focus on Heart Work.

Collin arrived out at the ranch the same time as the contractor. The two men get out of their vehicles and greet one another.
“Hello, Mr. Bradley?”
“Yes, but you can just call me Jake.”

Hello everyone!
I hope everyone had a great Father’s Day weekend. I traveled and went down to visit my grandpa in Santa Rosa for the weekend. It was great seeing my grandpa, uncles, and cousins as we spent time with my grandpa.
